Data controller

OMAZEO Sp. z o.o., Plac Bankowy 2, 00-097 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0000879770). For any question about your data: contact@omazeo.com.

Data we collect

Through the contact form: your name, email address, company or project (optional), your message and the language of the page. Through email: the information you choose to send us. If you accept audience measurement in the cookie banner: visit statistics from Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate country, type of device and browser, how you reached the website) and interaction data from Microsoft Clarity (clicks, scrolling and session replays in which form fields are masked). We do not use advertising tools on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your data to answer your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. Legal bases: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Audience measurement is only used with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Recipients

Your data is only accessible to OMAZEO and to the technical providers that host the website and deliver emails, acting on our instructions. If you accept audience measurement, statistics are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Clarity). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of our technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no longer than three years after our last exchange unless a contract is signed.

Audience measurement data is kept for 14 months at most.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format, by writing to contact@omazeo.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or with the authority of your country of residence.
